We're here to integrate you! At C. Blake, your involvement during building and design preserves a sure footing throughout the "new home" construction process. Once you've selected your stunning view parcel, C. Blake begins the property layout process by identifying the prime views available, then evaluating such characteristics as soil condition, site topography, property slope, climate management, utility access, etc.

As you work with our architect, the more technical specifications of the home are resolved such as foundation, floor plan, exterior elevations, interior elevations, and the like. The rendered architectural blueprint distinguishes appropriate size and square footage, living space requirements, desired features, and optimal interior and exterior design composition.

Once you've worked out the details of your lot selection and floor plan, you enter into the phase of personalizing your home. Our professional designer will help you every step of the way to coordinate your needs and desires with building materials and feature options. Collectively, you'll design the specifics of your home's interior and exterior...completely detailed to your personal vision.

Next, our home building committee examines your home plan to ensure compliance with C. Blake's Covenants, Codes, & Restrictions (CCRs). A final proposal incorporates your plot plan, floor plan, design order, list of materials, and selection budget to solidify the contractual agreement between signing parties. Once you've consented to these directives, we will apply for the building permit through the city of St. George.

Now, the excitement begins as we proceed to build your luxury dream home capturing the views and uniting it with its terra firma - always mindful of the natural environment.
