At C. Blake Homes, we understand that building your dream home should be a completely positive and rewarding experience. That is why we put every ounce of passion into each custom home we build. And by “custom,” we mean enjoying the freedom to express yourself.
We are of the mind that homes consisting of a simple, clean layout, carefully constructed from superb materials always prevail. The happenstance that they endure aesthetically and functionally generates excellent value for our residents. Our love of developing homes that provide you with brilliant living solutions and outstanding value drives every decision we make.
We are committed to eliciting and translating your goals about how you wish your new living environment to look and feel, then molding your home to match your tastes and the uniqueness of your life. We’ll ensure that our ideals respond to these objectives on every level – from establishing form and function trending, to space planning, to the selection of finishes and other features.
In a C. Blake home, you design in the details. This school of thought supplies you the opportunity for an unrivaled expression of your ambitions and inclinations in building your brand new home.
A Legacy? It’s Something that Is Handed Down or Remains for Generations.
Call us picky, but C. Blake Homes holds an earnest interest in designing and developing communities for lasting appeal. Indeed, we triumph in building communities with a legacy that our great grandchildren and their kin down the line would be proud to live in. Our properties are an heirloom that will provide enjoyment for generations to come.
In keeping with our namesake, we especially design our homes and neighborhoods to offer a comforting release from fast-paced lives with their calm serenity and playful disposition – yes, we’ve breathed life into our homes. With our connection to community commitment, we are mapping out a means where our homeowners will thrive…beginning with master plans of the development and continuing with property layout, to home design, and beyond.
We feel there’s something nobly philanthropic about casting your eyes on raw ground, then cultivating it into a well-loved, well-lived community. Always pushing the envelope, we strive to form responsive neighborhoods that exemplify the distinct personality of the area, balance the true uniqueness of the land, and tell the magical story of the city’s proud past and heritage.

Art is as old as time – an ancient tradition. If you scramble about the base of the 200-foot “St. George Black Ridge,” you’ll be amazed to find several basalt rocks displaying Anasazi petroglyphs dating back thousands of years. Southwest Utah is famous for our prehistoric petroglyphs, and the Colorado Plateau claims home to the largest collection of Native American rock art in North America. Click Here to Learn More.
St. George Temple Quarry Trail…
The backside of the St. George Temple Quarry Trail, as it wraps around the southwest side of the area’s “Black Ridge,” beautifully frames the Whisper Ridge subdivision. The official St. George Temple Quarry Trail runs from the St. George airport to the western side of the “Black Ridge” adjacent to Whisper Ridge home sites. Approximately 2.1 miles in length, this natural surface trail provides a spectacular view of downtown St. George. As it curves around the Black Ridge’s western corridor, sight seers are taken back by impressive views of Green Valley to the south and the cliffs of Snow Canyon to the north. Featured Products & Distributors
Direct Relationships Mean Greater Value for You.
The products and materials chosen often spell the difference between success and failure in home building. That’s why we look for “soul mate” brands and vendors who have created insatiable demand for their product thanks to their reputation. Selecting a small circle of “reliable distributors” who share our sentiment of professional-looking presentation and the needs of the user, is a given.
As an extension of us, we’ve developed long-standing relationships with jacks-of-their-trades who revel in the prospect that great design is more than vintage beauty. It’s about performing a specialty with integrity and vision, programming top-of-the-line quality and smart innovation into the end product. Subsequently, we’re in a position to celebrate straightforwardness in home design and use materials in honest ways that underscore their natural beauty – a notion we fully embrace. This provides greater value to you as a homeowner, every way you look at it.
This Isn’t Disposable Design.
Knowing “organic gives rise to pure design,” we consider earth-born materials, rather than man-made materials, advantaged. It is difficult, if not impossible, for man to imitate the materials that nature supplies. Of our own free will, we choose materials that won’t wear out or, quite frankly, get thrown out. As follows, our homes highlight the beauty and strength of the premium-grade products we use. Click Here to Learn More.
